The Challenge
Quiklee runs multi-brand quick-commerce fulfilment across Fynd TMS, EasyEcom, and Unicommerce. Delivery %, SLA breaches, OFD exceptions, FASR, and brand cutoffs lived in spreadsheets and chat -- with no single live view of hubs, pipelines, or what needed action now.
The Solution
We built a fulfilment control tower for Quiklee ops: Home KPIs (delivery %, SLA met, open exceptions, FASR) and today's pipeline; channel ingest for Fynd / EasyEcom / Unicommerce; daily brand SLA reports with PDF/CSV/email export; exception queues for OFD overdue work; and IST-aware refresh workflows so the team runs the day from one dashboard.
